Thermal zone
At the thermal complex, choose from three types of sauna (Finnish, steam and infrared) or relax in the hydrotherapy pool.
- Finnish sauna: 85–90°C, 5–10% air humidity

- Infrared sauna: 50–60°C, 20–35% air humidity

A zone for those who love to stay active, featuring a pool complex. There’s also a terrace perfect for sunbathing, a restaurant, pool bar and an open-air stage. The use of towels, sun loungers and parasols at the pool designated for hotel guests only is complimentary.
The air-conditioned gym is well equipped for cardio, circular endurance and weight training, and includes a rowing machine and functional training equipment. It is connected to an outdoor yoga and stretching deck, perfect for exercising in the fresh air.
