If you book your accommodation directly on Maistra’s website or through our booking centre, we guarantee the best online rate.
If you happen to find a better online rate than that quoted on our website for the same accommodation, same accommodation type, same dates and same service within 24 hours of making your reservation on our website or through Maistra’s booking centre, we will offer you a better rate than the rate you found minus an additional 10% discount, subject to verification.

Steps
Find a better published rate for the same accommodation, same accommodation type, same dates and same service within 24 hours of making your reservation on our website or through Maistra’s booking centre.
Complete our request form.
We will verify your request to ensure that it is in compliance with our terms and conditions. If your request is valid, we will apply an additional 10% discount to the lower rate you found.
Our customer relations department will verify your request and contact you within the next 24 hours. If you do not receive our reply within 24 hours, please contact us by e-mail at rateguarantee@maistra.hr.
Terms and Conditions
- The customer must have a confirmed reservation made on Maistra’s website under the best conditions offered on the website and must accordingly have a reservation number confirming the reservation.
- A competitive rate must be bookable online on another website under conditions equal to those provided on Maistra’s website. Such a competitive rate must be bookable online and in real time with direct confirmation of reservation under such conditions.
- The rate must apply to the same hotel, same type of accommodation unit and bed, same period of stay, same service, same number of guests, and the same currency. The guarantee does not apply to websites quoting nont-ransparent rates and services (e.g. priceline.com, hotwire.com) or any of their affiliates or similar websites. The guarantee also does not apply to online reservations made on other websites where the customer is not provided with a confirmed name of the hotel/facility during the reservation process.
- The guarantee does not apply to cases of typographic errors made in completing or publishing Maistra’s rates on other websites.
- The guarantee does not apply to competitive rates having restrictions in their reservation terms that largely differ from the reservation restrictions provided on Maistra’s website (cancellation policy, deposit limits, minimum days, etc.)
- The guarantee also does not apply to any nonpublic or confidential rates, rates subject to advance payment, rates subject to a prepaid voucher, hotel rooms sold as part of arrangement packages with other services included, corporate discount rates, group rates, etc.
- The guarantee applies to the final rate for the entire stay, including all service charges, taxes or other payables.
- The guarantee applies to the total rate for the full time of stay rather than the rate for one or several days included in such period.
- The guarantee will not apply in the case of decimal amount deviation resulting from rate rounding.
- Any claims for a refund based on the guarantee must be submitted within 24 hours of the time the original reservation was made on Maistra’s website or through Maistra’s booking centre.
