Full Moon Party hosted by Mulini Beach
On Tuesday 19 July, Mulini Beach in Rovinj will host the Full Moon Party, the most glamourous party of the summer, for the second time in a row. This was announced by Rossana Bettini and Francesco Razzetti from White Sheep, the Italian agency that has organised this unique event for several years.
Full Moon Party hosted by Mulini Beach The Full Moon Party stems from the idea to present international products of absolute excellence in a unique place removed from a stereotypical environment, with plenty of good music and the magic of the full moon: from wine and food to famous restaurants. “What makes the Full Moon Party unique is the producers themselves representing their products. The exclusivity of the carefully-chosen location, the diversity and excellence of the gastronomic offer, and the unique manner of its presentation have made the Full Moon Party an extremely successful event for many years now,” said White Sheep representatives.
The numerous producers who will be presenting include Mate and Cadenela, who distinguish themselves with top-quality extra virgin olive oils, and Kumparička with its cheese offering. Cromaris quality whitefish and numerous wine producers will also be present. Castello di Spessa, Colja, Clai, Coronica, Denis Montanar, Fakin, Maeli, Marco Felluga, Novacco, Piera Martellozzo, Rodaro, Roxanic, Agroprodukt, Vigna di Sarah and many others will all be present. During the evening Le Vigne di Zamò will premiere ‘No name’, top-quality white wine. Luciano Visintin and the Veralda winery from Brtonigla, the winner of the 2016 Decanter Award for the best monovarietal red wine in the world, will be there. Gianluca Bisol, the king of prosecco, and the eclectic and charismatic Aleš Kristančić, the creator of the legendary Puro sparkling wine, have also announced their participation. Other anticipated participants include Helmuth Koecher, President of the International Merano Wine Festival, Richard Illy, this time as a wine producer from the Montalcino Mastrojanni winery, and Cristine Nonino with her spirits.
The members of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe association will be in charge of preparing the food. The President of the Croatian branch of the Association of Young Chefs, Teo Fernetić, owner of the restaurant at the San Rocco Hotel in Brtonigla, along with the Slovenian representative Jure Tomič from the Debeluh Restaurant in Brežice, who won this year’s Pasta Barilla award, will also be participating. In addition to the participation of the hosts, the top-quality chefs of Maistra’s Monte Mulini restaurant, L, Adriatic Brasserie and Kantinon, guests will also have the opportunity to taste delicacies by Marina Gaši from the Marina restaurant in Novigrad, as well as by Tomaž Kovčić from Zemono Manor. Priska Thuring from Dubravkin Put in Zagreb, whose restaurant has been declared the second best restaurant in Croatia, will also attend.
This year’s Full Moon Party will be enhanced with features dedicated to fashion, design, cars, motorbikes and yachts.
Along with Maistra, as the host and sponsor, this year’s Full Moon Party will also be supported by the Tourist Board of Istria County.
