The Tradizione a tavola: dishes from the pinjata (pot) gourmet event brings back to our taverns the old dishes once prepared by our grandparents. At Kod Kancelira, Castello, Konoba Klarići and OPG Pekica, the hosts will prepare “dishes in the pot”, introducing a touch of freshness to dishes with which generations of Istrian people grew up: jota (Istrian stew made of beans and sauerkraut), minestrone, pasta, sauce, Istrian cabbage...
